Greetings Church Family: 

   I AM so looking forward to our gathering together, whether it's on a Sunday morning or sometime in the middle of the week. The atmosphere of love and encouragement that everyone engages in is beyond what words can express. I pray that everyone is doing well and enjoying their time with the Lord throughout the week. Here are some announcements for the month of April. 
M-pact Kids Club is a new ministry we are starting up at the church on Wednesday Evenings @6:30pm Beginning Wednesday May 1st. It is similar to Awanas and Girl and Boy Scouts groups. The girls are called Missionettes and the boys are called Royal Rangers. We will have an information table set up outside the Cafe' entrance under the patio cover after both services every Sunday for the month of April. Ask to speak with Kayli Schumacher for all the details.
Young Adults ages 20 to mid 30's meet on Friday's April 5th & 19th @6pm inside the Church Discipleship House @ 1081 Mickey St. adjacent to the Chapel grounds for dinner, Bible Study, and fellowship. The church also provides childcare for those families with small children free of charge. Ask to speak with John & Maria Gundacker or Ana Brosnan for more information ... Those with children need to RSVP

Family Advocacy Group Is a ministry to help provide assistance, encouragement, training, and support to families with foster children in our community. They meet inside the Children's Ministry Building on Tuesday's @9am. For more info ask to speak with Lori Littau.
Bible imprinting Ministry Is always looking for volunteers to assist in imprinting names and attaching stickers to the Bibles we distribute to the people throughout our community. Please see Rudy Baumgart for more info.
The Youth Group meets every Sunday during the 10:30am Worship Service inside the Children's Ministry Building for Bible Study, Fellowship, and fun Games. Ask to speak with John and Tammy Aberle for more information.
Spanish Speaking Bible Study Meets on Friday's inside our Church Cafe'. Our hope and prayer is for this Bible study to transition into a Spanish speaking Sunday morning Church service. Please keep this endeavor in prayer and help us get the word out to all our Spanish speaking members in our church family as well as all those who call our community home. for more info ask to speak with Anibal Guzman. 
The Garden Ministry Has scheduled days for the participation and education of planting and growing fresh fruits and vegetables, proper maintenance as well as sharing new ideas, and techniques. Whether you have already adopted a garden bed or would like to do so, or start your own at home. Feel free to join us on Tuesday April 9th & 23rd @12PM. If you're in need of more information please ask to speak with Yesenia Sanchez immediately following any Sunday morning service.
Homeless Ministry Meets in the church parking lot every Saturday morning @10:am to pray and go out to serve the homeless in our community, everyone is welcome to join us. We are always in the process of collecting non-perishable food items to distribute to the homeless in our community. If you would like to participate you can pick up a list of the specific items needed at the info desk, and drop them off at the church, ask to speak with Jennifer Reynolds for more info.

We have Bible Studies that meet throughout the week that provide an opportunity to dive deeper into the Sunday morning sermons and fellowship with and develop lasting friendships with other believers.

Wednesday- 6:00pm Clasen Family Home, interactive, life lessons from the Epistle of James, everyone's welcome, led by Dave Clasen.
 
Thursday- 7:30am Coffee with Jesus meets Inside the Children's Ministry Building everyone's welcome, led by Dave Clasen

Our next Men's Breakfast is scheduled for Saturday, April 20th @7am inside the Cafe'. All men are encouraged to bring their sons. If you would like to help participate in setting and preparing the breakfast please show up between 5:30 & 6am, for more info ask to speak with Mike Doeller or Brian Jacobs.
The Men's Ministry also provides small Discipleship Groups that meet throughout the week @ different locations, days, and times. Ask to speak with Manuel Gonzalez, Mike Doeller, or Brian Jacobs for more info.
The Grief Share Ministry meets on Tuesday evenings @4:30pm Inside the Multi-Purpose Room Building. If you or someone you know is in need of meeting with someone for comfort, support, and encouragement, please ask to speak with Colleen Sando after service on Sunday's for more information.

We are hosting our next Widows Lunch on Thursday April 25th. Fellowship starts @11:30am Lunch is served @12:30pm. If you would like to assist us in preparing and serving food to these wonderful ladies, please ask to speak with Lillian Knapp for more info.
For those enrolled in the School of Ministry our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday April 30th @6pm inside the Multipurpose Room Building.
 
Beatty Baptist Church Outreach Please continue to pray for God to pour His Holy Spirit out upon the Beatty Community as we send volunteers out weekly to share Gods Word with the congregation there. As well as asking God to supply a permanent pastor with a passion to teach the Word and minister to the people in the community. It has been a wonderful partnership. They have expressed their thankfulness for our willingness to serve them in this way. We are so looking forward to seeing God do amazing things. Thank you so much church family for your love, support, and encouragement, what a blessing it will be to celebrate in the harvest together. Also
Upcoming Events ... 
Ladies Retreat May 2nd-4th 2024 {Only 5 Spots Left} @ The Iron Wood Retreat Center in Newberry Springs Ca. Guest speaker will be Viki Bentley from Far Reaching Ministries. The cost is $200.00 per person, a T-shirt is included, scholarships are available. Please see Shelley Acosta for more info 
Radio Station The call letters for our upcoming radio station will be KCPV 95.9FM. We are currently in the process of building the computer and installing the programing that will be used to operate the station. Also please pray for the zoning on the land we have acquired to erect the tower on, that it will go through planning smoothly. We are hoping to submit the application this week. Thank You. In the meantime we are preparing to broadcast over the internet first P.T.L.
    That does it for now, Just a friendly reminder that this is the first Sunday of the new month when we partake of communion at the Lord's table together. If you're aware of anyone desiring to be water baptized please let us know by dropping us a note and leaving it at the information booth.
