OUR PURPOSE
Fruitful Women’s Ministry of Calvary Chapel Pahrump Valley exists to promote an atmosphere of love where women can thrive spiritually, grow closer to the Lord, cultivate healthy relationships, and share God’s love with others
Blessed is the woman who trusts in the Lord, for she shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes; but its leaf will be green, and will not be anxious in the year of drought, nor cease from yielding fruit. (Jer 17:7-8)
OUR MISSION
ENGAGE women in community through small group participation (Hebrews 10:24-25)
EXPAND women’s knowledge and understanding of God’s Word and His will for them (Eph 1:17-19)
EXHORT women to walk worthy of the Lord (Col 1:9b-10, Col 3:16)
EQUIP women to:
1) Overcome temptation, trials and testing (Eph 6:10-11, 1 Timothy 4:7b-8)
2) Share the gospel and their testimony (Rom 1:16, 2 Cor 5:20, 1 Pet 3:15)
ENCOURAGE women through compassion and prayer (1 Thes 5:14b, Galatians 6:2, Romans 12:10-12)
EDIFY women with grace, truth and love (Eph 4:29, Rom 14:19)
ENERGIZE women through stimulating special events that involve the Word, worship and fellowship
(Isa 12:3, Psalm 68:3)
